3 official days of sem break down, but I don’t feel like I’ve been wasting my days away. I could say that I’ve been very productive all because of Bliss! Since Bliss just recently opened in Greenhills, they are offering a 2 for 1 promo on their introductory package of P1000 (unlimited classes for 7 days)… So a friend and I went ahead and decided to try it out!
For our very first class last Monday night, we tried Power Yoga under Isabel Dulay (who is very pretty, might I add). It’s an hour and 15 minute long practice which focuses more on endurance, so it was a pretty intense first time for us.
For day 2, we went for the Vinyasa Flow under Roland dela Cruz… and I absolutely loved this class! Also an hour and 15 minute long, but it didn’t feel like it at all! Less tough than power yoga, but still leaves you feeling drenched and great!
We decided to go for another Vinyasa Flow class a while ago, but I didn’t catch the name of the instructor. This was the first time we went to a morning class so the blazing sun wasn’t any help for the absence of airconditioning in the studio.
We’ll be going to Roland’s Vinyasa Flow class again tomorrow night for day 4! Only 3 days left for our trial after that, but I think I’ll be availing the 1 month unlimited classes for P4500. Sooo much fun! I never thought that doing a bunch of poses would be so challenging, but at the same time, so rewarding.
*Introductory Package promo only until November 30, 2011.
